Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Here you can canoe or standup paddle. An outdoor pool supervised by a lifeguard is about 400 m away. You can reach the Baltic Sea in about 60 minutes and Schwerin in about 35 minutes by car. Furthermore, you can discover the landscape conservation area "Lewitz" from Garwitz by bike.

A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
