Our three one-room apartments — Ahorn, Linde, and Birke — combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with contemporary design. Each apartment is completely unique and has been modernized by us. They offer space for two to three people each. The apartments are part of “Herbsthausen”, an cultural project in the town of Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill and transforming it into a future-oriented place for art, industrial heritage, living, working, international exchange, and relaxation.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Apartment 2 in the Fosthaus near Schwerin

The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No Wi-Fi, good D2 network, please do not bring animals.

Holiday apartment "Gardenview" at the gates of Schwerin

In front of the doors of Schwerin is our more than 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. Located on the 1st floor, it offers a light-flooded living room with king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden view.

Lean back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation, you can make yourself really comfortable and switch off from the stress of everyday life... The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, can accommodate up to 4 people. It is important to know that the double bed in the loft can be reached via the stairs shown in the picture. All skylights are equipped with solar shutters, can accordingly retain heat and completely darken.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Dömitz is the ideal place for a country, fishing, cycling, friends….. weekend! Maybe even move the home office to the countryside? Wi-Fi is available! The WHG has everything you need for a short break! A lockable room is available for the bicycles. E-bikes can also be charged here! In summer, you can go swimming in the Elde-Müritz Canal. Shopping in 5 minutes by bike.

Relax (with friends or family, if you like) in this peaceful home away from the big city. The light-flooded, spacious apartment is an ideal place to breathe & relax for individual travelers, but also for socializing in the larger community. In the bedrooms there is room for 5 people, in addition up to 2 people could also sleep on the sofas in the living room. Dishwasher, washing machine & bathtub simplify life & let go ...

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
