We rent this beautiful apartment, which is located in a detached house on the outskirts of the city of Klagenfurt. She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Dort lassen sich alle Türen mit Griff öffnen und Ihr könnt in lauen Sommernächten bei romantischem Licht die Sterne und den Panoramablick genießen. ;) Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind - wie auf Anfrage vor Anreise auch ein nummerierter PKW-Stellplatz mit Schranke - innerhalb von 1- 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück gibt´s mit 5 Minuten Fußweg (400m) z.B. im Phönix Book Café am Alten Platz 24

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
