Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Small summer garden house with large terrace surrounded by greenery. It's kind of like a hotel room by the forest. The special thing about it is that a gable wall is completely glazed. It is located in the garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. Not properly heatable, therefore only bookable in summer/autumn! When booking in September/October: There is an oil radiator, so it is still very habitable. Please bring warm clothes and thick socks and only book if you are not sensitive to the cold.

Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

Beautiful new apartment in the countryside. Large private terrace with seating and barbecue access. The accommodation is next to a horse farm, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. In the immediate vicinity is also a home-style restaurant with Saxon cuisine ("Hommels Gasthaus"). Just come in and feel good. There is a kettle and of course a coffee maker...coffee and tea are also there...special requests are gladly fulfilled

The in-law is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.
