The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Small summer garden house with large terrace surrounded by greenery. It's kind of like a hotel room by the forest. The special thing about it is that a gable wall is completely glazed. It is located in the garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. Not properly heatable, therefore only bookable in summer/autumn! When booking in September/October: There is an oil radiator, so it is still very habitable. Please bring warm clothes and thick socks and only book if you are not sensitive to the cold.

In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.
