The villa is located in a secluded area and is approximately 200 meters away. It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It contains eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two seasonal vegetable gardens at your disposal.

The house of La Providenca is located in a quiet part of the city. It is 3.5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are many marked hiking and biking trails in the area. In the garden there is a large hot tub with sunbathing area and an outdoor kitchen, toilet and IC sauna for cooler days. There is also a sports equipment storage room next to the house. There is also an organic vegetable garden that is available to guests. Come and enjoy the sun or under the stars, on the beach or in the woods, actively resting or just dreaming!

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Villa Mediterana is located on the beautiful island of Krk. It is only few kilometers away from the nearest beach. The villa offers space for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
