We offer accommodation in a renovated and fully equipped cottage in the picturesque village of Vilémov, located between the national parks of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland. The cottage, located at the foot of the forest, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active way of vacation. Hiking or cycling encourages you to discover the beauty of both national parks, with wonderful hiking destinations. The cottage is suitable for both summer and winter stays with the possibility of using hiking, ski lifts and cross-country trails.

Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

The former Haflinger stable was converted into a holiday home by 2022. It offers an innovative living concept for lovers of special architecture. Great importance was attached to sustainability and regional building materials during construction. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, bright large rooms and exciting furnishings make the house something very special. In the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Obersitz mountains.

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

TinySleep - Shepherd's wagon at Alpakahof

This smoke-free shepherd's wagon is in the middle of our orchard. While our alpacas sometimes look curiously through the window, you can relax, make it a base for an active vacation or use it as an office. The built woods create a healthy and unique feel-good atmosphere. Kitchenette, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available in the common area of our yard. There is a sauna in the neighborhood that we can arrange on site.
