The former Haflinger stable was converted into a holiday home by 2022. It offers an innovative living concept for lovers of special architecture. Great importance was attached to sustainability and regional building materials during construction. Gutshof Doberschau - Granary

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

Come on deck, we'll set sail for an unforgettable overnight stay under the fruit blossom sky. A disused dinghy cruiser is stranded on our alpaca farm and offers space in two berths below deck to sail into the land of dreams. Above deck, there is an outdoor seating area to enjoy the mild evenings with a good book or to tell tall tales. Kitchenette, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available in the common area of our yard.
