New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Lovely room in central Stockholm, hotel-feeling

The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15-20 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. You will love the place for its luxurious hotel-feeling and location. It is a great place for couples and business. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.

Nice and newly renovated apartment for one or two people in the middle of central Solna. The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. Close to the commuter train station and 2 stops to Stockholm City. Grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Quiet residential area, close to water and nature. 500 meters to Edsviken beach (sea) and swimming, and 800 meters to Rinkebyskogen and exercise trails. Free car parking on the street.
