Take a break and unwind at the village's former country store. Here you live in a rural environment, on a secluded natural plot with a pergola and a small stream at the back of the house, and a neighboring house and village road on the entrance side. The lower floor is uninhabited, but is used sporadically by the owner. Via your own entrance to a smaller hall and stairs, you reach the upper floor, which is rented out in its entirety. Exit to balcony in one bedroom, from where you have a view of the garden with the river. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and is of a good standard.

You will come to a cozy accommodation, close to the ski slope, exercise track, shopping area and adventure pool. The accommodation is in a scenic countryside location and here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. Close to forest, nature, hiking trails and at the same time close to tourist destinations, shopping and restaurants. 13 km to Leksand, 26 km to Tällberg, 28 km to Rättvik, 47 km to Falun and 25 km to Granberget with hiking trails, cross-country trails and ski slopes. Här är det enkelt att trivas! Sängen är nybäddad med lakan när ni anländer och rena handdukar framlagda. Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Relax in this cozy and peaceful lake house with your partner, friends or family. The cottage is located 15 minutes by car to popular Romme Alpin or 15 minutes by car to Borlänge. During spring, summer, autumn, there is also a guest house on the property to use where another double bed is available and thus it can accommodate more people.
