The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

House for rent with 2 bedrooms and Wi-Fi. Ideally located a 5-minute walk to the historic city center of Dives. From the artisanal village of William the Conqueror and the old halls, where the famous and highly prized market takes place on Saturday morning. You also have the fish market open every day on the harbor. The sea is a 15-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away. Baby equipment, garden, two terraces, barbecue, parking available.

It is close to Avenue de la Mer, all shops and the beach, in a residential area. You can park normally very easily just in front of the house. Key box at your disposal to facilitate your arrival time. For information: the house is absolutely not suitable for wheelchairs.
