The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

With its rustic charm and mordern amenities, the Loft offers tranquility and calmness of the countryside. Lembach is nesteled amidst picturesque landscapes. Parking is available, the wood area is nearby, where you can explore winding trails and amazing nature. The Donau in Obermühl is just 7km away and the Altenfelden Zoo is just 5.5km away. Willkommen!

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Cozy 3-room apartment with huge private roof terrace and Danube views! The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a combined kitchen/living room. The bathroom includes a bathtub and an additional separate shower. Fresh towels, soap, lotion and toiletries are of course available here. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 1.80 m bed and fresh cotton bed linens. The kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and tea and coffee is also provided.

The nice, modern 64 sqm apartment for 1-4 people with parking is located in the center of the small market Lembach in the upper Mühlviertel (OÖ) with border proximity to Germany (approx. 40 km) between Passau and Linz. Easy access to department stores, bakers, restaurants,...and a doctor. Up to four people are offered a clean accommodation in two bedrooms and a modern, well-equipped kitchen-living room.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
