A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Beautiful secluded cottage tucked away at the end of cul-de-sac and surrounded by a nature preserve. Montauk’s finest waterfront dining and bars are less than a mile. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, king bed in one and a full bed with a twin bunk in the other, a full bath, and an eat-in kitchen with dining for 6. There is a large very private patio with a grill, dining table and lounge area. The private beach is stunning and a 3 minute walk from the house. Pets are welcome.

Studio is one of 7 units—galley kitchen (no cooktop) with 180 degree views (1) Qn Size Bed. Walk to Town & restaurants. Modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples/single. Outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Recently renovated in soft blues and whites, these sleek units offer a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living area and large deck steps from Lake Montauk. Paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs available in warmer months. All units have Bose players and Roku. The units sit at a 90 degree angle to the lake with partial lake views from the deck. From your front door, you can book a charter, grab a bowl of Westlake Fish House’s famous clam chowder, or walk to Gosman’s for a sundae and a sunset. Inside enjoy heated floors, plush beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen, making this a perfect place to land after all the Montauk fun.

This is the ultimate home away from home. It has plenty of room for everyone. there is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Then there is a garage with a ping pong table. There are multiple hang out spots which is so nice for everyone with a great kitchen and living room to just be...the hot tub is closed November 1 and reopens with pool for summer We are pet friendly however there is a fee for pets

Beach house on quiet street, 200 yards to Montauk's best surfing beach, Ditch Plains. The house is a simple all white home with 2 decks, BBQ, bikes, kayak, and easy open floorplan. You can hear the ocean all day long on this hidden Montauk street. Easily walk or bike to the beach, where you find waves, food trucks in the summer & miles of sand and ocean heading west to Montauk.
