We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Petit chalet dans le charmant village de Dingy Saint Clair, entre lac et montagne au pied du plateau du Parmelan, à proximité d'une petite rivière. Les environs raviront les sportifs par ses activités, tout comme les couples et les familles amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité. Le village est idéalement placé, à 15 minutes du lac d'Annecy, 20 minutes du centre ville et 30 minutes des stations des Aravis, et au départ des sentiers qui mènent aux montagnes des alentours.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente.
