You will be 500 m from Albigny Beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor co-ownership parking lot with free placement.

Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families in love with nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.
