Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Fisherman's house (historic centre of Dinard), 50 m from the sea, renovated in July 2017 by architect . All shops in immediate proximity, located in a very quiet street. Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, Dinard city center 10 minutes walk, Saint-Malo 25 minutes and Mont Saint Michel 50 minutes. The house consists of a modern living space on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

LE PETIT CEDRE, charming house close to the beaches

A 15-minute walk from Saint Enogat beach and the market, this charming 40 m2 fully renovated house offers you a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. Linens are not provided, but if you want to travel light, you can rent bed linens and towels at the rate of €21 per person (bed made on arrival). Guests can also enjoy a pleasant garden to relax or dine.

Located at the bottom of the plot, out of sight and facing south, it consists of : An intimate terrace of 70m², a living room, dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed+ 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and young children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
