Easy parking, free on the street 140x190 bed, bathroom, kitchen (stovetop, ovens, permanent filter coffee makers, and Senseo ), kettle, hairdryer, wifi, radio, TV. Narrow spiral staircase from the 2nd to the 3rd floor (photos).

Cozy 2-room apartment 2 steps from the center of Dinard and the beaches

Apartment on the 1st floor. Staircase is a little steep. Bookings with children will not be accepted. One bedroom with 140 x 200 bed. Prieuré Beach is a 2-minute walk, L'Ecluse Beach, market and city center are 10 minutes away, bakery and bus stop are 100 m away. Free parking on the boulevard. This listing is located in an old house, the soundproofing is not perfect, you can hear the floors creaking above and you can be heard below. Thank you for your discretion

Refurbished accommodation above Port Riou Beach. Beautiful sea views. Direct beach access by dozens of steps. This 70sqm dwelling is equipped with a large open plan living room (living/dining /kitchen) and three bedrooms. Comfortable accommodation. We encourage you to read the legend of the photos as well as the suite including the rules of the house to fully understand the reality.
