Explore the Cotswolds From a Charming Home

The Coach House is a beautiful studio that features a spacious layout of off-white walls, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Relax on the sofa as sunlight streams in through the window and curl up with a book on the plush rocking chair. This light and airy studio is the perfect base for couples (with or without babies/toddlers) wishing to discover the Cotswolds. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and is a mere two minutes walk to Burford's famous Garden Company. This country retreat is ideal for accessing the many pubs, restaurants and shops to be found locally. The Coach House has its own front door and once you have climbed one flight of stairs, is generously proportioned and on one level. Coats and boots can be left in the lower lobby. Secure storage for bikes can be arranged if requested in advance. The fully fitted kitchen comprises:- an electric oven/grill, four gas hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Machine (additional capsules may be purchased), washing machine, under counter fridge with integrated icebox, glassware, crockery and pans. There is more than enough to self cater but should you require anything else, please ask and we will endeavour to obtain it. Breakfast can easily be found at the Garden Centre or in town. However, we are very happy to source some breakfast provisions locally at extra cost. The seating area comprises; a three seater sofa and a padded rocking armchair. There is a small TV and DVD player. A highchair, travel cot and toddler bed can also be provided if requested. Guests are welcome to sit in the vegetable garden and walk around the garden but we regret that we cannot grant access to the trampoline and pool. The Coach House is an integral part of our home (with its own entrance) and so we tend to be available during your stay. We are always happy to recommend local eateries and attractions. Coach House is just a 15-minute walk to the town centre where friendly family-owned restaurants, independent cafes, and unique boutiques await. Head to Burford's famous Garden Company and enjoy going for a hike in the area. Burford town centre is easily walkable. To explore the wider area travel by car or bike is recommended. Charlbury Train Station is 15 minutes by car/taxi. There is off-street parking for one vehicle only and we would ask that you access the drive slowly to avoid coming into contact with our children and animals. We have five lovely chickens which reside in a spacious run and two kittens! Please be aware that the Coach House is situated in a rural area and therefore the Wi-fi connectivity and strength can be variable. Guests are required to leave the property clean & tidy.

Then Forge House maybe perfect for you. We’re offering discounts on longer stays and taking extra care to disinfect frequently between reservations. As Wallingford is the last home of the 'Queen of Crime' Agatha Christie, we have themed our bijoux cottage apartment in memory of her. The ground floor apartment is styled in a modern version of 'Art Deco' as depicted in many of her books and films. You'll find artwork that are clues to names of her books, as well as an antique typewriter, telephone, camera, magnifying glass and other curiosities to delight and intrigue. The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is ideal for a couple and the second room for one person, or a child, or two small children. There is an open plan living and kitchen area overlooking the small walled garden. In the living room we have a fireplace with a lovely wood burning effect stove, a large three seater velvet sofa, breakfast bar, Echo Dot (speaker) and a large TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime on as well as terrestrial channels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, even a tea pot if you decide to invite over Miss Marple. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer dryer, large fridge freezer, toastie maker, spices, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and plenty of storage space. Our beds are hotel standard and we have made the beds with 400 count cotton bed linen. For those that suffer with allergies our duvets and pillows are made from luxurious Microfibre which feels ‘Just like Down’. We've recently installed new double glazed windows as well as black out curtains as we know how important a good nights sleep is. Although we stated two double beds, to be clear one is bed is a small double bed. Our Art Deco styled bathroom, has a walk-in shower with a big rain shower head as well as a held shower. And large soft cotton towels. The small garden has a couple of chairs and a table.

Luxury apartment @ Upper Court Farm

Super smart Edwardian village house, sitting in pretty rolling Cotswold countryside . A spacious ,light & elegantly decorated ,open plan kitchen/living area.With amazing views from the apartment.(several stairs) Walking distance to the village pub, an excellent deli , butcher & a cafe which also sells wine & newspapers . Also Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm shop plus many gastro pubs ,Daylesford organic all a short drive.So much to see & do or simply relax.You won't want to leave!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.
