Wake up feeling recharged in this country style inspired home. The space features subtle colours contrasted with warm woods, chic furnishings, and a walkout to a covered outdoor dining area. Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Shabby meets chic

separate self contained apartment within a large villa with a patio and large garden , 2 double bedrooms ( new mattresses on beds as I agree with some guests that say they were a bit firm and can’t seem to reply to the reviews!!)wardrobes , a bathroom and lounge/ kitchenette .Longer bookings may need washing done during your stay , I am happy to oblige or there are 2 launderettes and a dry cleaners near by. Devonport is an easy walk for cafes ,restaurants and ferry to the city or islands

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. Quiet, modern and close to the beach!

Hi there, we rent out our little in-house apartment with separate entrance, comprising a bedroom, a bathroom, extra living room and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, coffee / tea facilities, microwave and a toaster. No cooking facilities. The laundry in the garage can be used for no extra costs. And if you have kids - we have toys, a high chair, cot and are in walking distance to the beach with a lovely playground!
