Lovely house with garden in the heart of Deventer

Heart of Deventer and yet peace and space! This lovely house with garden is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Brink and IJssel and 10 minutes from the station. You park for free under the house. All the comforts you need! We normally live here with four of us and rent out during our holidays. This spacious holiday home of no less than 450m3 offers a unique oasis of peace, steeped in history. Enjoy the serene surroundings and slow down a gear while you are embraced by the beautiful nature of the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Espelo. Sploder Zicht is ideal for a relaxing stay, but children (<12 years) are not allowed. Max 2 dogs. No other pets.

Kia ora Epse

"Kia ora" is a wonderfully comfortable, quiet and fully furnished private cottage for 2 adults in the middle of the Netherlands with lots of wonderful nature and old culture in the area. In the surroundings of Epse, you can enjoy nice walks and wonderful bike rides. And you can visit the nearby Hanseatic cities, such as Zutphen and Deventer. A little further away is the national park "De Veluwe" for even more natural beauty. And there are several museums in the area (e.g. MORE).

Lovely place to enjoy the peace and nature. Beautiful area for cycling and walking tours. Located on the Marskramerpad. House has all the comforts and has its own driveway with ample parking. Beds made up upon arrival, towels are provided. Storage available for storing bicycles and charging. 7 km away is the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, known for Dickens Festijn, Deventer on Stelten and the book market. The Salland village of Raalte is 12 km away.

Welcome to our idyllic IJsselhoeve Here, in the middle of the Salland countryside, we have converted our former young cattle stable into 2 rural rooms. The name Het Stenenkruis is inspired by the Stenenkruis van de Eikelhof, a monument that has been on our property for generations On our terrace, you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company. for the safety in and around our cottage, is not suitable for children

Get away from it all in a quiet area? Come and enjoy our wonderful vacation home located just outside the village of Heeten ( Salland) From here, you can cycle or walk away with the most beautiful routes through Salland. The property is located on a quiet Parc in a wooded area without facilities such as a swimming pool or reception. And is therefore very suitable for relaxing. Likewise, it is beautiful here in winter. Every season is enjoyable.

Farmhouse Dijkerhoek (1898)

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.

In the quiet holiday park Parc Salland (without facilities) is at the end of the park, with unobstructed views of the countryside, our holiday home. The house is surrounded by a garden of approximately 600 m2. Through French doors, you can reach our terrace from the living room, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings while sitting on our lounge set.
