Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Ideally located, you will be close to all shops, 8 minutes from the entrance to the A10 highway, 15 minutes from Niort, 20 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from Poitiers and La Rochelle.

I suggest you stay in a charming studio in the heart of my garden where you will have a small private terrace. The accommodation is equipped to make your stay a pleasant one. Within walking distance you will find shops and a supermarket 5 minutes by car. You can easily reach all major highways and the city center. You will be 45 minutes from La Rochelle and Île de Ré, 1 hour from Futuroscope, 1.5 hours from Puy du Fou and of course at the gates of the Marais

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap at the p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. A part of the independently accessible longhouse is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro vibe where you can entertain yourself with leisure games as well as relax in the veranda with unlimited access to the spas for yourself . Private pool 4x2 open on May 1 solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

Located in the heart of the Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin Marsh, La Rochelle, Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and L'Autize Creek, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's a great place to meet friends or family, stay calm and recharge your batteries!

The Gîte de la Roche welcomes you in an environment surrounded by nature. The terrace equipped with garden furniture offers a view of the river and the bridge: important, there is no protection along the river bordering the land. Possibility of fishing for those who wish, provide a fishing license and your equipment. Ideal location if you are looking for peace and nature, close to the Poitevin marsh and various amusement parks, zoos...

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Our small house next door, completely renovated in the mountain cottage spirit, is located 5 minutes from Bressuire. Nature lovers, this is the place for you! We have made this place a small peaceful oasis where you can enjoy the tranquility. Double bunk beds, cabin style. Sheets, bath towels and linens are included in the price. Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
