In the heart of an old barn completely renovated, come and stay in the quiet of the countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person cottage breaks down into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/WC. Outside, the pool shared with the hosts, is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather). The children's playground or pétanque court will keep you busy.

Located in the inner courtyard of our property, this cottage will welcome lovers of calm and nature. This old 18th century watermill, with its simple and authentic charm, is the perfect place to recharge your batteries away from the demands of the modern world. At the back of the building, you will find a terrace and a large private garden (not enclosed) of about 1500 m2 without any overlooking, bordered on one side by the river and protected on the other side by a wood.

There is a double room, a twin room and a shared family shower room. Large open plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Private garden with patio table, chairs, parasol and BBQ.
