Nice townhouse refurbished and fully equipped (fenced garden with terrace, garage, parking). Guests can enjoy a SPA area in the accommodation. The fiber optic wifi connection will allow you to telecommute. Ideally located 5 minutes from Auxerre and 1.5 hours from Paris, you will discover the region: the vineyards of Chablis, Irancy, Vezelay, Morvan, Guédelon, the lakes... Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
