The apartment is located in the countryside about 5 kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen, living room and balcony. A public playground for children is available right behind the house. It is also possible to use the garden directly behind the house. On request, another room is available outside the apartment.
