The guest area (1st floor) with private bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet rest farm just outside (!!!) from the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Sie umfasst ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Terrassenzugang, ein Schlafzimmer, ein eigenes Bad sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei ist. Unser Kater Pepe streicht gelegentlich ums Haus und könnte Ihnen im Garten begegnen

A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

In this former barn, which was rebuilt and renovated in 2022, there is our 27 sqm apartment on the ground floor, with a bright and airy appearance by 3.50 m ceiling height with a fitted kitchen, sofa bed, shower room, fireplace and small outdoor terrace. We have attached great importance to a loving compilation of the furniture and hope that you will feel comfortable with us.
