The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Unsere helle Souterrain-Ferienwohnung liegt in Hanglage über Detmold und grenzt direkt an den Garten. Die Wohnung bietet Ihnen einen separaten Eingang und eine einladende Atmosphäre. Sie umfasst ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Terrassenzugang, ein Schlafzimmer, ein eigenes Bad sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei ist. Unser Kater Pepe streicht gelegentlich ums Haus und könnte Ihnen im Garten begegnen

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Wohn,-Essbereich mit hohen Decken und großen Fensterfronten. Das Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und die offene Galerie mit 2 Einzelbetten laden zum Ausruhen ein. The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.
