The house is located in the village of Vyshcha Dubechnya, Vyshgorod district. Built in 2017 from timber. The area is 108 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a stove, a bathroom. On the second floor there is a large bedroom, a bathroom. On the territory there is a barbecue, a pit for a fire, a woodshed. The house has two terraces, the balcony can be accessed through a folding ladder from the street. A cozy place for a small company to relax. We call our house Villa Porta Blu because we have a blue front door.
