The apartment is rented and serviced by the owners. Nearby are the Bessarabian market, the Central Synagogue, the Olympic Stadium, the Alexandrovskaya Hospital, the Mandarin Plaza shopping center, Gulliver, Parus, many restaurants and cafes. 4th floor of a 5-storey house without an elevator.
