Our custom-made studio is nestled in the woods with a country feel yet close to everything Bend has to offer. Outside,we have two large decks overlooking the wildlife with beautiful mountain views. Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

Located in the desirable westside of Bend, walking distance to the popular Northwest Crossing and Galveston restaurants and shopping. Bike straight to Phil's Trails and just a 30 min drive to Mt. This property is truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. When you arrive, the massive rimrock wall will greet you; it is home to abundant wildlife (owls, deer, coyotes oh my). Shrouded by silence, the trill of frogs will put you to sleep. Mornings start with sunrise over the Ochoccos and full views of the valley and the crooked river at its base. Take a hike at Smith Rock, visit the Painted Hills or find yourself headed to town (Bend: 45 min, Prineville: 10 min, Redmond: 25 min).

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.
