Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

It is a rustic place, with modern touches, like a gas range, refrigerator, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom is detached from the cabin - steps from the door. A little piece of Bend's history in Deschutes River Woods. This adorable Mill Home was moved and remodeled in 2014. 2 bedroom 1 bath 1040 sq ft home. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, baking, bbq, or take-out. The back yard paver patio has generous seating, bbq, table and umbrella for enjoying summer evenings. Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, ping pong, darts and bar style seating. 40 minute drive to Mt Bachelor ski resort and 10 minutes to downtown Bend.

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.
