The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 2 cars or 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV. Get cosy in our quaint Hutty/cabin it has all you need for a romantic weekend or a base for a walking holiday, Situated very close to Alton Towers and the Peak district is just a short drive away, and also some very scenic walks. unfortunately i cannot host pets or children under the age of 14,the two beds are together and are single box beds,I'm sorry but at the moment there is no WiFi on the property
