Host is always available by phone to help guests if they have any questions about the house or the area! Stapleton is one of Denver's most sought-after neighborhoods. Stapleton offers high-end boutiques and gourmet restaurants. Pay a visit to the nearby Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, which extends to nearly 16,000 acres. Split level individual house. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 sitting areas, a dinning area, a full kitchen and an outdoor basketball hoop. Each room is furnished with a memory foam queen bed. There’s 2 couches upstairs and a large sectional downstairs for spending time with one another or watching a movie. Upstairs bath includes a shower/tub combo for the little ones. Central heat and AC, high speed internet, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Have fun with the whole family!
