This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. Has it's own (private): large furnished kitchen, dining table, fridge, TV(Netflix, Prime, HULU, Disney+, ESPN2..) bathroom, outdoor fire place, washer&dryer, 2 queen (one of which is sofa bed) and 1 twin beds. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

Our apartment has its own entrance and full amenities. You’ll enjoy both comfort and independence during your stay. The suite features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV with fast Wi-Fi, and a clean and modern bathroom. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster and basic utensils!
