Private en-suite guest room, newly renovated. Located in Ruthin North Wales a stone throws away from town centre. Many restaurants bars cafes all within walking distance. Seperate entrance to our home so guests dont get disturbed. A kettle with tea and coffee supplied. We are always available for any advice or concerns. Offas dyke path about 1.5miles away with the option of a lift (pre arranged with extra supplement) The coast, snowdonia, liverpool airport and chester are all within 1hr drive.

The Studio

The Studio is in the centre of one of Wales' most scenic villages at the foot of the Berwyn Mountains. It is a self-contained studio with a double bed or 2 singles, dining/sitting areas, kitchen and shower room. The Hand Hotel serves great food, best to book. Well placed for a long weekend of walking, cycling or visiting the Pontcysyllte World Heritage site, Llangollen with its heritage railway, Lake Vernwy, waterfalls and many more wonderful places. An excellent base for exploring North Wales.

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Prestatyn Lodge

Luxurious log cabin 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has been built to a high standard offering all the comforts you'd find at home in a stylish setting. It has a bathroom with shower - kitchenette with Microwave/Coffee Maker/Toaster/Air Fryer & Kettle - Breakfast Bar, open plan lounge area with double bed and settee, SMART TV & WIFI, Log effect fire for those cold winter nights. Ample parking outside of the cabin, set in a great location with easy access to the North Wales Coast.

Quirky Space for 4 people with parking area.

This is a quirky three floor space. Ground floor is a utility room with spiral staircase leading to first floor. First floor has a sofa bed, shower room, toilet and sink. From here a paddle staircase leads to mezzanine floor with sleeping space in roof area for up to three people. As the mezzanine stairs are steep this space is not suitable for young children and not for the inactive. We have parking for 1 vehicle and secure storage for bikes/canoes etc.

The little annexe

This unique place has a style all its own. The little annexe is in a residential area of kinmel bay/Towyn it’s fully self contained set in its own little garden and private entrance onto the street it has 1 bedroom with a small double bed open plan living room and full kitchen including washing machine full size cooker pots/pans ect shower room / toilet ( please note shower room sink cold water only )has a lovely peaceful little garden with seating area

Situated in the village of Bodfari and in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our recently completed basement apartment has a king size bedroom with Ensuite and a separate lounge/kitchen area plus the use of our garden balcony with stunning views of Moel famau and the Clwydian range. An ideal place to relax, enjoy a walking holiday or use as a base to explore North Wales. The Dinorben Arms, with real ale and good food is only a 3 minute walk away.

Garden Suite apartment with own Hot tub

A fabulous garden suite with its own separate entrance and rear garden equipped with high-quality solid oak furnishings, en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and your own private garden with exclusive use of hot tub, rattan suite and gas BBQ. For added luxury, we supply his and hers bathrobes and slippers. Two adult bikes and a tandem supplied for use free of charge. Dogs welcome on request with use of rear garden which is fully secure.
