About 15-20 minutes. Our villa, which is surrounded by nature away from the crowd, has a wonderful sea view. Also 500 meters to the virgin beach with no businesses called Üzüm Pier. Our villa, which is suitable for honeymoon couples, nuclear families and groups of friends, has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people

Our villa is located in the Sısla area of Kaş. The construction of our villa was completed in September 2022 and it was presented to you, our valued guests. It is 12 km from the center of Kaş. Our villa, which is surrounded by nature and away from the crowd, has a wonderful sea view. It is also 500 meters from the virgin beach, which does not have a business called Üzüm Pier. There are 2 bedrooms and the capacity is limited to 4 people.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the terrace you will find sun loungers and chairs along with dining spaces, all with breath taking view. An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.

The pool is heated, and the extra heating fee is €250 per week. You are required to inform the pool heating that you would like at the time of booking. Payment is taken as extra at check-in

Our villa is a 5-minute drive from Kalkana, and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The view is magnificent. Our villa awaits you, our guests, for a peaceful holiday. Our villa's pool is larger than usual, measuring 50 square metres. There is a view of the sea, even from a distance, towards Patara (visible from afar between two mountains).
