Our apartment is 1+1. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are all kitchen supplies. There are 2 air conditioners. 500 meters to Akçagerme beach, one of the famous beaches of Kaş. Our house has a garden. There is no smoking in our apartments. Our guests are welcome to use the garden.If you want to use the barbecue area, you need to let us know 1 day before and it is subject to availability. There is no parking for our building, parking is available on the street where our house is located.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

A modern structure among olive trees. It has a wonderful view where you can see the deep blue view of the sea when you wake up. Don't miss this moment. 1.5 km to the sea. The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI A damage deposit of 7,000 TL is charged. Provided that it is returned after being checked.
