Bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream shop, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, shoe park and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in 17 minutes in the city at the train station on Boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 min). A free guest parking is available.

The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200.
