Welcome to our tranquil lakeside house in Milton, Delaware! We're delighted to host you in this serene getaway where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, explore the charming town of Milton, and indulge in local attractions like the famous Dogfish Head Brewery and nearby beaches. We are also a short driving distance to both Sports at the Beach and The Turf. For travel health providers, we are about 17 minutes to Bayhealth (Milford) Hospital and about 20 mins to Beebe Hospital, traffic depending.

The Bay Pearl House is spacious, comfortable, sun-filled, colorful and functional in a unique water front community, one block from the water. This renovated beach front home (with an EV Charger) sits on 3/4 of an acre and is as much about the indoors as it is about the outdoors. It boasts heated marble floors, towel warmers and LED mirrors with built-in defoggers in the bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 5 distinct outdoor spaces to suit the mood or the occasion. For the water sports enthusiast, there's plenty of room to launch your kayak, a day sailer or even a catamaran.

Bring your flip flops and relax! Adorable beach cottage in a quiet, gated community just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoy the outdoor area at home with a fire pit, grill, and games or explore the wooded trails, crabbing dock, or community pool. The pool is open on weekends only from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend until full-time hours begin on or about the 12th of June each year. CLOSES Labor Day weekend. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Less than 3 mi from the Beach, this 2brdm, 2 bath townhome is perfectly located for an amazing get away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screen room while watching the sunrise, lounge at one of two pools, play tennis on one of the two courts. King bed in the primary bedroom, a secondary bedroom has a Queen bed with access to a twin cot in that room. There is also a queen pull out for you to use. Plenty of room for all.
