Welcome to our cozy cottage retreat in the perfect location of Newark! Nestled against the backdrop of a picturesque horse farm, our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Come and relax on the furnished deck and you just may see a few horses. The cottage is Pet Friendly and has a fenced in yard to accommodate our furry guests. 5 minutes to Deerfield Country Club, Less then 10 Minutes to downtown Newark, and just a few minutes to White Clay Creek Park.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. This charming home sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 2 new full baths, and a private dock. Enjoy a hammock, fire pit with wood provided, grill, game room, Smart TVs, plenty of parking and stunning views from every single room. Just 5.2 miles to shop and dine in downtown Lewes, 6 miles to the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park and 8.5 miles to the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. All linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and essentials provided.

Mini Aruba RV/ Glamping Tent

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.

Peaceful off the beaten path on the Delaware Bay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

Enjoy this comfortable, relaxing guest suite with a kitchenette in a desirable and quiet neighborhood in Newark. Close to Downtown and Main St, this is a great base to explore the area and the University. We are less than 3 miles from the University and Main Street. The suite is tastefully furnished in a neighborhood with mature trees. It is totally private, with a separate entrance and a keypad for self check in. Parking is available in the driveway. Truly a serene getaway!
