This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Hi, we're a family renting out a tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to the airport and bus stop.

The attic is equipped for self-catering with glass and porcelain, microwave, induction stovetop with two burners and a charcoal grill. From the fishermen in the harbor, you can buy fresh and processed fish. If you prefer really lazy days, there is a well-known restaurant right next door, open daily during June-August.

In our simple guest house, there is most of what you need, washing machine, kitchen, internet and TV. In addition to these amenities, you wake up to the view of Holmsjön about a mile outside Umeå. Toilet paper, soap and bed linens are included. Towels are not included!
