In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 that goes from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Only 15 minutes to the shores of the Baltic Sea and close to Brösarps backar, Hallamölla, Forsakar, Österlen and Åhus. Take a ride on the Brösarp–Sankt Olof steam train or take excursions to Kristianstad, Lund, Ystad and Skånes Djurpark. Perfect for both adventure and rest all year round

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Liten mysig stuga i lugn vacker tallskog. Välkommen till vår stuga på 26m2, belägen i lugnt område i fridfull tallskog. Här får du lugn, frisk luft och närhet till naturen och havet endast 5 minuter bort. Tyst och rogivande läge Fina möjligheter till promenader i naruren. Passar både för par eller ensamma. Här bor du med skogen som närmaste granne och den fina stranden. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt område, där dom flesta husen är sommar hus. Stugan är utrustad med luftkonditionering.

Cottage next to nature reserve with lovely beaches

A lot with beautiful sea view with a nature reserve right outside and sand beaches all the way from Åhus in the north to Stenshuvud in the south. The unique sand steppe in the nature reserve exists only in two areas of Sweden is full of flowers, dunes and pines to hike in. The area is very quite, calm and relaxing. The area is called the "eel cost" with some fishing cottages from the 18th century. The lot was owned by a fisherman. The cottage might have the best office in Sweden.

Relax in your own charming little house in a picturesque yet central location right next to the nature reserve. Three minutes' walk to the bus in the direction of Kristianstad, Ystad or Simrisham. The highest waterfall in Skåne, Forsakar, is within easy reach, as well as a lake and a free swimming pool with a 50m pool. Supermarket only 400 meters away, 250 meters to the pizzeria and to the Thai fast food. About 12 km on the bike path to the sea with wonderful long sandy beaches.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
