The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design. The Loft at Indigo is a one bedroom apartment at the center of Historic Downtown Georgetown South Carolina. Downstairs from the apartment are many restaurants, shops and a Bakery. It is a newly renovated space in a building built in 1843 just off the boardwalk and by the historic clock tower. The apartment has a view of Front Street and the historic Strand Theater.
