Samostalna kuća koja se sastoji od 3 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, kuhinje, boravka i terase, smještena na obali rijeke Une pruža kompletan ugodjaj za ljubitelje opuštenog boravka u prirodi.Posjedujemo i lađu za 6 osoba, te organiziramo vožnju u trajanju od sat vremena na relaciji Japodski otoci- Natura Art uz mogućnost pravljenja pauze za ručak . Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. U ljetnim mjesecima gostima je na raspolaganju i organski povrtnjak, te roštilj.

Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI.
