The completely renovated, 80 square meter and 100 year old former tenant house is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. The Good Gem; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

How nice of our listing to have caught your attention. Our luxury vacation home "In het Doarp" is located in the cozy center of Denekamp and very comfortably furnished. All amenities are within 200 meters. Beautiful nature reserves are in the immediate vicinity and lend themselves well for wonderful walks and long bike rides. The house was built in 2018 and completely energy-neutral. That's why you don't pay for it. Nice and cozy for a maximum of 4 people.
