Walk, bike, or drive an easy 16 blocks to downtown Sanford past historic, renovated residences. Enjoy sightseeing along Lake Monroe, eclectic shopping, and dining and relaxing at the many restaurants, pubs, and microbreweries.

New Smyrna Beach In-Law Suite

Enjoy the comforts of a clean, newly renovated in-law suite (attached to our home), only 3 miles ‘til your toes are in the sand! We are only 1.5 miles from historic Canal Street & Riverside Park, and 2 miles to Flagler Ave. The city golf course is 1/2 mile away. No pets. No emotional support animals. If you have a legitimate service animal please let me know when you make your request to book, NOT when you arrive. If you’re booking multiple nights over a holiday I will adjust the pricing.

The original LaLa's unit, top floor of a three-story beach house across the street from the sand and a short walk to Flagler Avenue dining and shops. Ride up in your own private elevator (the only one in the house) or take the back stairs. King bedroom, a second sleeping room with a full bed set up as a pass-through off the main room, and a clawfoot soaking tub. Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, no full kitchen. A patio for morning coffee. Pet friendly, sleeps 3.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Located just one mile down the street from public beaches and the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Just 1.5 mi from Bing's Landing with boat launch & fishing & Capt's BarBQ. A short 30-minute scenic coastal drive will bring you to historic St. Augustine or Daytona Beach. Locally there are plenty of attractions, nightlife, dining out, biking, and over 20 parks with access to tennis courts, and Princess Place Preserve. Flagler County has 8+ golf courses. Orlando is 90 minutes away.

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. We created this Oasis with a desire is for our guests to feel calm, comfort and tranquility while being showered with Florida Sun. It would be our privilege to serve you as our guests here. :)
