Unique Concrete House Boat! No cleaning fees!

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

ONE bedroom condo-tel right on the beach! Has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size convertible sofa in living room. Units are privately owned and run by an HOA. We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Go one way for beaches and breezy pub crawls and the other for walking paths and lazy river floating.

Mira Bella South

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Tiny Home in Lake Helen - Mira Bella North.)

It's also only 15 minutes away from Daytona International Speedway and the airport.

This is a place for those who love Old Florida with an abundance of beautiful live oaks that provide a natural shady “Hammock”. Our space is a Bohemian paradise, a place to sit and relax or enjoy the many nearby adventures. Feel free to use the available bicycles and take a quick 5 minute ride to the beach. Ask us about the kayak or surf boards available for nearby water activities.

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
