Modern and Historic Vibes in Red Brick Old Town Apartment

A cozy apartment in the heart of Warsaw's Old Town, suitable both for tourists and business people. It is fully equipped with all you might need and freshly renovated. There is a sitting area with big flat-screen (55") with access to Netflix, high-speed Internet and free WiFi. Intelligent sound system allows to play music directly from smartphone. There is a full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities and set of toiletries. Two rooms provide comfort for 4 people (bedroom is equipped with queen size bed and living room can be easily adapted for 2 people with a very comfortable sofa). One additional folded bed can be arranged on demand. The guests have access to the whole apartment: 51 sq meters. Access to Red Brick ap. is very easy as we like to make your stay comfortable and unstressful since the beginning. You will get the door access code before arrival. This is our preferred way to visit other places so we wanted the same for our guests. Hope you will like it. If you however need our personal assistance, please let us know prior arrival. This apartment is in a historic building, just steps from the Old Town Square, the Royal Castle and the Sigismund's Column. There are many restaurants, coffeehouses and bars nearby. Warsaw Chopin Airport is only 30 minutes away by road. The apartment is less than a 5-min. walk from the tram and bus stops, can be reached by one bus from the Chopin Airport, there are also bicycle stations nearby. There is no parking in the property. There is a city parking in Podwale street (2 min. walk). Airport Residence Orange Near Chopin Airport

Catch a breather on the diminutive balcony attached to this cozy studio apartment. Inside, the neatly arrayed interior makes intuitive use of the compact space – finding room for a dedicated kitchen. The apartment is customizable with up to 3 beds. 34m2 True, not a big apartment, but it can easily accomodate 3 people. The studio is adaptable to guests needs. If you are not a couple, there can be two seperate beds! Or... It can be a large double 160/200 bed if you are a couple! Or... There can be an extra, for a third person! (Yes! It is quite comfortable!) Or... If you have a small child, a baby crib can be arranged! There is a small balcony, where you can relax. There is a separate kitchen. There is an underground parking spot available (PLEASE inform me at least a day erlier should you need it!) I offer the whole apartment just for you. You will have a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and a bedroom, with double bed, at your disposal. I live next door, so if necessary I can assist you in anything you may need. If you are here for shightseeing purposes, I will be happy to tell you what to see where to go... If you are here for a business meeting, I can tell you an ETA to the place you need to go... Since the apartment is close to the airport, I can pick you up from, or drive you to the airport if necessary! The apartment building is located in Warszawa, Mazowieckie, a short walk from the famous Służewiec Racetrack. It's the place to be for horse lovers every weekend. A quick drive leads to a mall with cinema or Warsaw Chopin Airport. Bus stop is 5 minutes away. City railway station is 10 minutes away. ... Plus I am here, I will assist you to get anywhere you like! The only inconvenience is that there is a construction of new apartments just next to the one I owe, but... the work is done from 7:00a.m. till 6p.m. and the truth is with windows closed you can barely hear it...

A supermarket is located in the same building, and the Hala Mirowska food market is nearby, along with restaurants, cafes, and 2 modern art galleries. Two tram stops from Central Railway Station. 5 minutes to walk from the apartment block to underground station Swietokrzyska ( serving both metro lines). Bus and trams stops nearby. A ventilation system ensures comfortable temperature, even when hot outside.

A small, independent cottage in a charming garden provides peace, comfort, great contact with greenery. You can safely park your car on the property. In the cottage, with an area of 23 m2 there is a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a hallway with a spacious wardrobe. In the backyard, under the beautiful willow there are chairs, a table, and a barbecue. Nearby, there is the S7 route, Okęcie Airport, and Warsaw starts across the street. A fabulous office hidden in a garden with an exit into the woods. Beautiful, quiet, green. Majestic birches, fragrant pines. Swan geese crooked, Ogar Polish lounges in the sun. The heat of fire and the smell of wood. Soul and body rest. Room for 1-4 people. On a vacation trip, business, or vacation. Dinner delivered to the cottage is provided by the Wodna Osada Restaurant. 2-pokojowy apartament w nowym kameralnym budynku z garażem podziemnym. Mieszkanie jest nowo urządzone, wykończone w wysokim standardzie - umeblowane oraz wyposażone w nowy sprzęt AGD oraz TV. Kluczową zaletą mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja – blisko lotniska Chopin, patio przynależące do mieszkania (ok 40-50 m2!!!) i garaż podziemny. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum Warszawy – dostępny tramwaj linie 7 i 9. 7,7 km do centrum Warszawy (Dworzec Warszawa Centralna).

Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

Our Sweet Home -Spacious apt 2 minutes from Metro

Welcome to our lovely home! An elegant and spacious apt. in Kabaty, one of greenest neighbourhoods in town. Many great cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops near by. Only minutes walk from the beautiful "Kabacki Forrest" where you can hike/cycle/picnic. The Metro is right around the corner and will get you to 'Centralna Station' in 20 minutes. This is the perfect balance for nature lovers and city life. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.. (we have many!)
