3 double bedrooms (one with a sink), dining room, lounge, two toilets, one shower, terrace with stunning views. 3 minutes almost level walk to Dartmouth river front. This 1860s refurbished property is on an enchanting very old road which has few cars and is very quiet. There is a brand new bathroom with shower, brand new kitchen with new double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob. Downstairs toilet, basin & washing machine. There is fast WiFi included. Linen/towels included.

Stones Throw Cottage says it all. 250 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the town, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing. The cottage in a great location.
