The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. The charming thatched cottage, on the Koppelstrom, has been available for your vacation since spring 2016. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Landhaus Gutleben – lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna.
