You will enjoy off-street parking, locked storage for your bicycles and even sometimes eggs courtesy of my hens. (Update- retired my girls and hoping for new chicks soon.) *I adhere to all recommended cleaning/sanitizing protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. I keep the house unrented for 3 to 5 days between guest stays.

This roomy house is located right on the shore of Lake Koshkonong. It has a wonderful pier during the summer, it's a sandy walk into the lake, and has views that will take your breath away. There is a large bedroom and a HUGE bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and with the open floor plan, the kitchen, dining room, family room, and living room all have gorgeous views of the lake. There is also a big deck to sit and watch the water from, with deck furniture and a grill.

The home is situated next to a charming campground and marina in nature. Walkable fishing areas. Lake Kegonsa State Park Trail is nearby for walking or snowshoeing. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown Madison! NO PARTIES. You will be asked to leave if there is any party activity seen.

Enjoy the country life, quiet yet close enough to the city to enjoy Madison's activities or Stoughton's Opera House. Sauna, Fire pit, hiking, ask about pets.
