A beautiful plot with swimming pool and pond completes this place. A haven of peace, quiet and green. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris

The small house

Detached house in the middle of a small village between Berry and Sologne. Very peaceful place with terrace, free parking nearby and a grocery store a short walk away. Induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV and Wi-Fi available. Towels and bed linens are provided. PS: The fireplace is only decorative. Located 15 km from Aubigny-sur-Nère and 20 km from Sancerre, it is the ideal place to have a good time in the heart of the Centre region.
