Spacious Secluded Villa in Tranquil and peaceful Location in the Istrian land offers comfort and relax. Perfect for getaway and on Easy Reach to all Point of Interests. In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

Park Riviera Adria Garden

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in 16-20h (we cant guarantee check in after 20h).

Villa SUN - Pool and sea view

Close to Poreč, you will find the detached Villa SUN, with swimming pool and sea view. Completed in 2025, Villa SUN - furnished with Italian designer furniture, is spread over two floors. A special highlight is the BBQ kitchen by the pool. The living and dining area invites you to enjoy beautiful evenings. In the cozy bedrooms you will find restful sleep and wake up with sea views. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
